Every piece with the dg maker’s mark is designed and built with the same two hands from start to finish. It may take me a bit to get back to you. Please allow 24 hours in response time.

PAYMENT

At this time, I accept payment through Paypal, Square, or directly by Credit Card.

 

Card information is not stored by Dawna Gillespie Adornments.

Any other information provided by you to Dawna Gillespie Adornments

will remain private and not sold or given to any third party.

SHIPPING

I ship items out within two to three business days after receiving payment,

using USPS with insurance.

 

Domestic purchases will be shipped USPS Priority.

You will be notified with a tracking number once the item ships.

 

I am happy to provide upgraded shipping if you need an item faster, per customer’s expense.

Please contact me before you order so we can adjust the shipping amount

and talk about your deadline.

 

Dawna Gillespie Adornments is not responsible for lost

domestic or international shipments.

Please double and triple check your shipping and email address before

completing your purchase.

ADORNMENT CARE

Every adornment is hand fabricated and should be treated with care.

Avoid direct contact with water, excessive perspiration, and chemicals like lotion, perfume, and chlorine.

Keep jewelry out of the bathroom where most moisture is present in the home.

Jewelry loves to be cared for!

 

Do not use abrasives, scrub pads, jewelry cleaning cloths or

jewelry cleaning chemicals, as this will damage the finish.

 

I triple seal my copper and brass adornments with jeweler's clear coat and/or wax

to help preserve the coloration and finish, as well as protect the skin from the

harmless discoloration that copper sometimes causes when it comes

into contact with sweat and body oil.

Copper and brass adornments will naturally oxidize over time.

This is the beauty of these metals.

If adornments have become damaged during regular love and use,

please email dawna.m.gillespie@gmail.com for details on repairs and refinishing.

I cannot guarantee that I will be able to repair it,

but I'll be happy to take a look at it and see what I can do.

With your agreement, a charge may incur depending on the damage to the piece.

RETURNS

Please be sure to contact me with any questions or

concerns you may have before purchasing.

 

Please read all dimensions and descriptions before purchasing.

 

I generally do not offer returns or exchanges unless I inadvertently

shipped a defective item. I pack all of my orders with great care and

cannot be held responsible for damages due to postal transit.

 

Items cannot be returned due to regular wear.

If adornments have become damaged during regular love and use,

please email dawna.m.gillespie@gmail.com for details on repairs and refinishing.

 

Items must be returned in original packaging and with original insurance. 

 

If you have any problems, or are not happy with your order,

please don't hesitate to contact me within 14 days of receiving your adornment.

I am happy to work with you toward a mutual agreement.
